I know what it feels like; I was the super skinny kid, slow and weak with multiple injuries. I was 65kg when I finished high school.
That was the start of my journey to seek the best training method in the world to build physical and mental strength. I’ve put on 20kg since I started applying a few specific and straightforward techniques.
But it’s not just me; I’ve used the Muscle Club Method with professional athletes, world champion teams and head coaches to help them build muscle and get their dream contracts.

Then I got up to 90k on the romanians for a set of 5. When I finished the workout today I realised how much less knee pain I have compared to when I started the program and that is the highlight for me so far.

I’ve put 2kg on, I don’t think my body fat has increased at all (just eying it looking in the mirror), and I’ve started eating more food, I’m up 2kg of meat daily with ease. (no carbs) Right on track for the target of 5-10kg of lean muscle.
